I had a really good customer service experience and the guy who I spoke to said I could review him but I have no idea where.I know it's sappy but the guy deserves a review.

I'm still waiting for xbox customer service to fix my reward points, been asking for help since December :(

My brother had huge problems when his xbox died trying to
Get his licenses from downloaded games
Transfered over to the new hard drive. He was on the phone with cs for like 2 hours untill it got sorted out and all he could go on about was how awesome the rep was. I was in the room listening to him...it was like he was laughing with an old friend. Got tons of free shit too.

We have 5 xbox 360's... Nothing ever but good service. We have kept them under warranty from the start and have never had to pay a dime for repairs,... And we have a stack of free 1 month membership cards... Kudos to xbox CS
