Dear OTB,

We have carefully considered your proposal. Unfortunately at this time we can’t release any of our properties without permission from the President. The recent downturn in the real estate market has lead to a Presidential decree to keep all properties we have acquired. She is currently on PTO without email or internet access. Gaining her approval will not be possible.

Here at Nem Inc. we are undergoing a full finical reconciliation. This effort may take a great deal of time. We will be doing all asset liquidation in house. This process should restore our finical standing to an acceptable level and allow for additional properties to be acquired.

I am sure you understand as a small finical institution, with limited resources, assets have to be managed very carefully. We thank you for submission and look forward to the prospect of future business with you.

no don't listen to them
the way I did it is to hold down the sell button so I can sell off all of the first upgrades then before the notice comes up that it was sold
press sell on the one under it and continue this process. It even works with more than one. And if you have lag you can sell off all upgrades with only one notice pop up. But sometimes it kicks you out the app from the lag
