This is still the most unforgettable moment in the year and a half of turf wars IMO. I still remember being on the drive back from my route in Branson MO between 2-3pm when the news broke. One year ago Big Hank was banned and faked his death

Actually I think Nate brought the news to us in CMS and to the Texas crews. I remember that day well, trying to keep up on my ipod from my desk at work.

Nope. Nelli told me on the game and then I called Nate a few minutes later. Nate may have told u guys in the cms room but by then it had already broken in the turf wars forums

I remember the whole sage. I changed my turf color & made an RIP Big Hank turf. I tore it down when I found out it was a lie. I also pm'ed him in Pal when I heard it was a lie. He never did respond, lol!

True to his game I guess...even if he was a dick...I guess in reality he saw us as a bunch of gullible Internet not-real people. Don't think he thought it would be that big of a deal...douche bags never know they're douche bags.

Personally I still believe Big Hank was a good guy. He had very few/no enemies in this game. He was well liked and respected. I think he just tried spoofing, thinking no one would find out and was caught. And instead of owning up to it, he took the weak cowardly route and lied to Nelli in hopes that he would be remembered in a good light
