You'd probably be better off waiting for the new airports to go active before making a final choice. Unless of course you've viewed them already and have no appeal.

You can already see what Airports will be available. Why don't you check them all and see which one will give you the best survival rate. Look at all the players stats surrounding Airport and make you decision. Find a quiet place after you find the right Airport an lay low till the penalty time is up, then have some fun.
