I guess it's just a SoCal thing. They're at pretty much every taco shop in San Diego, but everyone makes them a little differently, so at some places they suck & some places they're amaaaazing. :)

There is only one thing that I can never turn down...chips and dip! It doesn't matter the kind...it can me French onion...guacamole...bean dip...whatever it is, as long as it's chips and dip..,I can't turn away from them
