If I factory reset my iPhone, and then resync with iTunes will I lose my account and progress? I posted in tech too but thought I may get a quicker answer here. Thanks

No. Turf wars will recognize your iphone by its UDID number, an the UDID can never be changed (however people can fake their UDID to make multiple accounts in games like this, and no i dont do that and wouldnt know how too).
