Some of my favorites to jam to are:
GnR - Sweet Child - can jam hard during the long guitar solos.
Toadies - Possum Kingdom - just a fun, different beat to it.
3 Days Grace - I hate everything about you - just fun.

I also like finding acoustic versions of songs that are drumless, and do my own thing.

"Hooker with a penis" is a great tune...if you have a 46 piece kit haha (you can make do with much less as long as you have a bongo rack)
