actually, this problem is often due to the fact that henchmen fire from the hip. First off, I would suggest that you train the henchmen to aim down the sights of their weapons. Also, focus more on training 10 henchmen rather than hiring 100 henchmen who will die in 2 seconds flat. If you follow this guideline book I am pescribing you, I can garuntee that the hero will have bullet holes in him as soon as he shows his face.

actually, the effect of carbon footprint depends on the status of the volcano. Active volcanoes will increase your carbon footprint, dormant volcanoes may increase if it erupts, and dead volcanoes will not increase your carbon footprint, as well as having the benifit of no risk of your base being destroyed in a eruption.

first off, most evil villans forget to restrain the hero, so just restrain him. Then just shoot him and save yourself a lot of trouble and reduce the risk of escape and knowledge on how to destroy your master plan.

simple. Use him as a hostage, but put a claymore at the door to blow up his friends.

If you have a laser make sure your target doesn't have an antilaser. If they do, dip them in gold paint.
