This is designed to give all the noobs a little comic relief at the expense of some of the more seasoned players. We've all made bone head plays that make us look utterly ridiculous & leave us shaking our heads in disbelief at ourselves. Don't be bashful, let's hear some great stories.

While on a loot capping spree last week I PM'd player (a) in the area to alert them to the fact that I was lingering around but my intent was not to cap any further from them seeing as I had already hammered them earlier in the week. I then went on to explain I was going after player (b) turf. (there was no reason at all I should have explained this to player a) 30 minutes later I got a PM from player (b) thanking me for the warning & telling me that he took down all his upgrades.
I had sent the pm to the wrong player. (player b)

I started making a major hop towards a bully, was hopping for a good hour maybe less was a while ago, after awhile I start thinking that I really should make sure i haven't passed it, so I look at the map and well I suck at geography so i pulled up google maps, I'd only gone the wrong direction :( FAIL luckily I hadn't really progressed far in my hop, but I didn't try turning around just tore down and counted my loses

I hopped for nearly 50 miles from Seattle 2 weeks ago and as I was deleteing turf to continue to my trek to Portland..... I deleted all my hop turf.... Had to start all over from Seattle and was kicking myself in the ass the whole trip...

Did that once! Was pissed beyond belief when I realized what I had done. To top it off, I had 2 fully loaded loot turfs that I forgot to unequip prior to tearing all turfs on the hop.
I just put the phone down and tried not to think about the game at all for 2 or 3 days.
