Heat was great but I wouldn't really call it a MOB movie. It does have one of the greatest shoot out scenes (surround sound required) ever.

Yes it is, about a gang in rio and the life from childhood to adult of a boy living his life while getting mixed up in the gangs unwillingly. I really advise you to watch it if you don't mind subtitles.
