It is a well known fact that when players reach a certain combination of mob, influence, level and experience, that they get a knock on the door and the real mafia take them away to an induction camp where they get training in real-life mobster training. All the older players are now either in police custody or are running huge illegal operations somewhere in the world. Fact.
