What Does it Mean When the Groundhog Pisses on Own Shadow? whatever it means can't be good says official

Today the famous Punxsutawney groundhog emerges from it’s hole, yawned, and urinated on its own shadow prompting the worldwide panic of climatologists and government officials. “This is a first” said Jim Holston of the Meteorological Climatology Institute of Tennessee or MCLIT. “We use this animal as the basis for all of our predictions and frankly we don’t know what to do now”.
