I'm a car guy....I really like them both, although the British one is much better. If the American one had Adam Carolla as the Jeremy Clarkson character like they originally planned, it would be SO much better. Networks are stupid sometimes.

I love top gear! But I don't have a clue what their going on about when they talk about the cars but the show itself is great :) uk version of any show FTW!

Pryo, it stopped being about cars a LONG time ago.
It's more of an entertainment show, and the funny stunts used to be good and then the car porn was just great.

US is much funnier, UK is more talking, both are pretty good. Look up the US ones and the episode of Moonshine Running. It's a riot.

There's an Oz one too
