There have been numerous BUGS with the release of the latest version of TW 2.0. While bugs are expected in any new release these are quite significant. Issues such as weakened defense within your "home area" are being exploited and there is talk/rumor of a resolution, compensation and repracutions to those who willing & knowingly took advantage of the loop holes & bugs. My suggestion is a temporary moratorium on capping until this issue is truly resolved.

I am aware that this would present an entire new group of problems, including being able to build new turf without the threat of being capped. 24 hour timers would have to be paused to prevent unfair offensive advantages in this area.
There are countless other scenarios & issues I have not thought of.
This is just my thoughts & I'm sure there will be massive opposition to this.

Yup..the don told me that im the weaker player n he gave the turf back to d one i capped it from..
