Good news man. Kids amaze me. Things they can overcome is incredible. Adults sometimes crumble in the face of adversity. Kids just power on through because that's just the way it is. We can learn so much from kids. Thumbs up to you and yours 👍

So happy for your family....especially your son!!

I know you must be really proud Johnny. A little patience and a lot of work goes a long ways. Congratulations!

Tears, man. That is absolutely wonderful.
Last Sunday, I gave Eric UNO cards 1-5. We spread them out on the table. He put them in order, the right way up, and we were floored. My Wife and I were bawling. We had no idea he could do that. We asked his teachers if they had been working on that, and they said no. I just can't express the range of emotions we have over it. Mostly happy, but some concern that this was unexpected. We don't know how to teach him. All this time, we could be teaching him to read. Anyway...
So much time and love goes into helping our kids grow.
So I am so very happy for you, JohnnyO. You have absolutely made my day. I know how big this must be for you guys!

super awesome. go go gadget mini O. he really is sweet, what an accomplishment. I know it took a long time to get him to this place. both your kids are so lucky to have parents as awesome, patient and confident as you and 💃🚲 😉 and their achievements will continue to reflect that.

He'll surprise you. I never taught Alex to read (I read to him, but...) and then one day he pointed to a cat in our yard and the word cat on my t-shirt. I was baffled. It definitely wasnt something they were doing in school at the time either. Same deal as your UNO cards. We had no idea...but we do now...😺Tears, man. That is absolutely wonderful.
