At what hourly income do you think a turf is not worth owning/tear down/rebuild elsewhere? I know everyone is different depending on situation, just interested to hear views & opinions?

It depends, I spread my turf and eventually new players come around and create income for you. So if you stay capo and dong mind waiting then it will pay off.

A couple weeks ago, I did a huge rebuild. Tore down like 45 turfs that made $31k or less & rebuilt with about 25 new ones that made $45k or more. I took a big hit to my influence bc I'd been over my turf limit, but it was the best thing I couldve done for my income.

I'm starting to tear down any under 30
then any under 40

I still have a bunch of 18.7s but it doesn't matter I'm still way under my ever growing limit. Once I'm done increasing my limit and have reached it then I'll start tearing them down

yep, after the rebuild, my income was higher than before, even with 20 less turfs.

you also have to detach yourself from emotionally liking a turf. like the nostalgia of that first turf that makes a little more than zero income. or being the capo of nowhere.

I agree. I've reluctantly parted with at least 10 worthless capo titles. Nowadays people ask why I'm such a big player, but only have 3 capo titles.

Sometimes it's more of a strategic decision to leave a low income turf in place...maybe you took a trip somewhere & placed a turf that you can use to leap-frog from to another hot-spot where you can lend support or do some damage!

I agree too. Except my bigbear turf. They areore precious than if they payed a trillion an hour. Bella and Matt know why

Just build. And when in a better spot tear down least income turfs n rebuild for higher income turfs. And u had to ask lulz?

Excellent point. I'm still new-ish, but when I was still really new, I felt like the most important thing was having as many capos as possible. Now I've been tearing down my low earners and moving things around & don't even have a single turf in a few cities of which I had been capo... Gotta play smart and not get attached to locations or capos.

I agree, luckily I'm
not at that stage where I need to demolish my first turf but it was a little hard to see my own little area and my little capo titles disappear with only one turf still standing lol.
I generally try to avoid anything below 46k but only half of my turfs are 46k+ making turfs, I like being flexible and having turf everywhere (that's why I never cap turfs).

My first turf makes 9.5k but with my upkeep I could never have all 9.5k turfs.

I'd say 25k-30k is how low I can go for every turf.
