When I was in school (12 years ago) I represented England in the European schools Cross Country Championships held in Belgium. I was 17 at the time and soon moved from Cross Country to 1500m and 3000m steeplechase. Came 5th in the Cross Country. The represented England at Junior level at 1500m and 3000m steeplechase and finished 6th in 1500m and DNF the 3000m steeple due to getting injured. Ruptured my cruciate Ligaments in my left knee :-(

They're great! Totally Bugsy's fault I'm an addict. They aren't as "wriggly" as I thought they'd be. I'd walk around in them quite a bit more before I ran though...wicked painful if you just haul off and go for it full tilt. 😼I have a trainer at work that's trying to get me to switch to the "five fingers" shoe...apparently it will up my running game. I just can't get over shit wriggling between my toes.

I love running with my dog! 😋I like running with my dogs. Gets all that extra energy out and keeps them in top form!
I miss my best pal. Used to do 36 miles a week with him. 🙍

Why?????????I did a 50 and 40 mile race. I'm doing a 24 hour race in June. Basically you run a course for 24 hours and log in as many miles as possible. I'm shooting for 100 miles in the 24 hours. Good times

My longuest was a half marathon, but after a 1.2 miles swim and a 56 miles bike...
Sofresh, I am impressed, I can't imagine running for more than 6 hours. -

Last time I was on a roof a cop came and nearly arrested us for trespassing.I'm a long runner but I'm a free runner so roofs domt count as distance. Do they? If it does count I do about 50 miles with my friends most o the time.
It was a school. There was no 'No Tresspassing' signs.
How were we supposed to know?
