I am getting them all the time now . It's a revenue producer as it's best to use them
With crates so funny that if it's gonna cost u 100 PTs for a gold crate that's the reason u r getting so many ..

You equip them, and the next time you get loot, you'll get double loot. So if youre going to get 5 brass knuckles, but you have a toolbox equipped, you'll get 10 instead.
