I haven't eaten a McDonald burger for over 11 years. Not because I'm a healthy eater, I'm far from that. McD is just disgusting.

Everything in moderation. A vanilla cone is a rare treat for me, maybe once a year. The cone itself tastes like paper, but that soft-serve is awesome. I might go for the occasional $1 double cheeseburger.

My heart attack will come from the sodium in Vietnamese fish sauce.
