If you got this error on your PS3 in the last little while don't through it out the window yet!
PlayStation Network is undergoing maintenance, PS3 will be unavailable until the maintenance is complete.

Try to explain that to a 3 years old that wants to watch Netflix!!!

....netflix is accessable through a pc isn't it? You can always get it on your idevice and use it there

But she wants it on the 60" TV tonight! And I want to be able to play it through my PS without this kind of crap. There was no notification, the error message is not clear and it's been down for at least 24 hours.

Maybe if they charged something tiny like 50 bucks a year this stuff wouldn't happen....xbl ftw ;)

Ya I tried everything to get on line, was about to try it as a frisbee. Thanks for the heads up, a controller lost it's life during the investigation, it shall be missed.

I heard hackers as well...
And btw you can still get on netflix! Just try to sign in when your already in netflix and even tho you will get signed out immediately it will still recognize you and let you watch it 😄😄

Yeah this is horrible! I got a reasonable amount of sleep last night! I woke rested and well mannered! This won't due at all, soon I will be spending more time with my wife and perhaps pick up writing and drawing again.

I can't do anything. Everytime I try to play a game all I get is "autoload feature download content required. press X to download." and I can't download anything either.

Why do u need to know what's going on? They're working on it and as soon as they get everything running okay and safe, they'll open the psn back up.

Yea they're now saying it's because of "an external intrusion" so Sony took PSN offline to investigate. damn hackers. What a bunch of jerk faces. 😠

Lol, this is why you have to pay for xbox live.
Xbox live only goes offline for 1 hour at the max for new features. When you pay, you get more security

Ya Netflix works but the network was still down... My little girl could watch her "Word World" show.
