How do I get in contact w them and what are the names?

You should first try to mob up. I doupt any of them would take you and just so you know all alliances are posted on the turfwars wiki page (as far as I know)

Most of them are. There are a couple that have requested not to be & there are probably some really small ones we've never heard about.

At least 3k is usually the req's... For most alliances it's more though
