Capping etiquette...?
Forums › General Discussion › Capping etiquette...?-
I've been playing for about 3 months now, give or take. I'm just now getting powerful enough to win some turf from the average player. So now I've been thinking about capping etiquette.
What I've been looking for is turf by players that seem to not been playing for at least 3 months by looking at their comments and the created dates of their turf. I send them a general question on their wall. "hey, how long ya been playing" or something to that effect and if I don't hear back in a week I begin a furry of capping.
Is this proper game play? What have you "bigger" players been doing to get 300+ turf. Anyone else's thoughts on capping?
Thanks.

Try not to cap inactive players too much as you might lower income for your turfs and other players' turf. For active people, not too much, about 1-3 turfs a week per player is what most active fighters do...

You are killing your potential income doing this. If the
Turf is 84 then they may be inactive, should this be the case you would be better placing a turf over theirs to collect protection money.Oh and to increase turf limit is
Only possible with don points -
Diverse turf in an area improves income. Removing inactive players' turf is mostly counter-productive, unless you are in a really crowded area.
Some people frown on it. Best to cap live, active, indignant players and collect the flames on your wall.
-
Why would I want people to flame me on my wall?
So the best way to get the most TW income is to buy don points? -
Thanks for the input by the way.

Go active players. They can rebuild. Take as many as you feel right with. Be aware of all possible repercussions however
-
Just leave 1 inactive per cluster and cap till the drama starts. Remember that the average player to you locally isn't like the average player in a 1k radius. So cap wisely n have some fun pissing people off while doing it.

Capping inactives is just plain stupid. Hurts income for everyone around.

What's with the name changes
lol average players lolSeriously stop capping inactive tho. Listen to mac it only hurts everyones income. Just place a turf over it. You're regular income won't be effected in any negative way. You'll infact make it higher. Don points arnt affiliated with your income so no need for them unless you want a higher turf limit.

That's a stupid idea I haven't looked on my wall since I started like 3-5 months ago
