Turf wars is NOT dying...

Although it seems like everyone is leaving... and there will be no one playing TW... this isn't true. Have other people remembered that there are tons of people out there that DON'T use the forums? The loss of many people(not even death) is a hard but not catastrophic..

My apologies iggy. We have too many players throwing in the towel right now. Possibly enough that TW is dying. Hence I'm not reacting kindly. I love this game and will adapt whatever I need to. And at Johnny. Its different. When I decide to quit it's actually not a loss. When 20 people including iggy decide to quit it could be catastrophic.

I agree don. It's just too bad some people have always talked big but don't have the guts to see this change through. Until tickets go live the idea is still theoretical and to base judgement on theory rather than practicality is cowardly. Let them go, there's plenty more as you said. And I mean this directly at lep not bws.

It's kindof hard already if ur over turf limit by a lot and can't even get to an airport... Lol

Agreed. There isn't one person who could quit that would kill this game. Hell the 20 most influential people in this game could all reset today and the game would go on and be fine. People come and go in Turf Wars. It happens and it has never hurt this game

Some may say it benefits the game to have players quit, If none of the top mobsters ever quit the rest of the game would have no leader board to strive for. The game needs a certain level of player turnover to keep it fresh.Agreed. There isn't one person who could quit that would kill this game. It don't matter whatsoever if anything keeps the game alive. Big players leaving gives the chance for smaller mobs to grow and expand providing more competition

You have to be kidding me, B I usually take your posts with a pound of salt but this one is just delusional. This app gets downloaded and deleted by people daily and you're going to cry it's dead? Dude, put down the crack pipe and get real. We're losing established players and gaining new blood, those new players are where the temp codes come from they weren't just put in by Nick to give Belial a reason to live. Sorry B but this one I had to address. My apologies iggy. We have too many players throwing in the towel right now. Possibly enough that TW is dying. Hence I'm not reacting kindly. When rookies see top mobs screaming the game is dying why would they bother continuing to play? If it dies maybe it's because you bashed it once too much. If it's dying then delete it, walk away and leave us in peace. Take your spot on the leaderboard with a little responsibility that new players might believe what pours out of your pinhole. Some opinions of yours don't need to be handled in the forums if for no other reason than for the good of the game itself.

Well from my personal experience the combat system is completely flawed. I've had two friends that love these types of games join tw and get in a fight only to find out that if they want to protect themselves it's going to take about 6 months of code punching to get a mob of respectable size
Tw needs to change to a experience based combat system to keep new players from throwing in the towel. This in addition would promote more combat throughout the game with established players to. Players that just plop turf and farm the money without fighting would be at a disadvantage since they wouldn't gain experience

TW lives!

Then I would suggest you learn to work within the bounds of the system. I just got out of three rounds of vendettas in past weeks in which low mobbed, low inf players were absolutely crucial to solving the problem. Yes, I could have done it without them, but not nearly as cleanly and efficiently (and at great cost to myself) and I don't have even close to the same advantages as they do in combat BECAUSE of my stats. They could snipe at our target and he couldn't even reach them. That's a luxury I often no longer have.Well from my personal experience the combat system is completely flawed. This game is a blast for players new to the game. I have been on here over a year and have to say that starting out in Reno with only 2 or 3 others sucked...no one to fight.
Players in a med size town and low mob size is way more fun than punching codes or months just to keep up with 10k plus mob size players. -
Damn, TW was dying before I even started playing!😂

I think this post was on my "leaving" post from 2011ish. Or there's another Iggy around somewhere

Hardcore, also referred to as "The Oracle" of turf wars, has not yet declared it dead. Therefore, it is alive.

Yeah airports were a big deal back then. I still don't believe they were good for the game, but not much I can do so I just accept it.ZOOBehh wrote:

Airports were a big deal - they were a major change.
The last time I flew was Dec 2013 - before that it was May 2013 for the SK games. Since May 2013, I've hopped to 11 additional states & 1 additional country.

The word air port is mentioned and the man is no where to be found

No offence Mystery 😀 -
Don't screw with mystery on shit like this:
(of language) open to more than one interpretation; having a double meaning.
ubiquitous. existing or being everywhere, especially at the same time; omnipresent:

Turf Wars was dead back in 2011 and I bet if someone digs a bit you can find an older post saying Turf Wars is dead
