Why doy you attack people?
Both have aspects in the game but the question what are you really doing it for?
You need money to a point but the xp gets you farther up in the world.
Voice your opinions.

1) loot items (upgrades)
2) to annoy/cap out/gain position or capo
3) teach a lesson
4) cash (depends on if I am low inf)
5) xp

Pretty much in the right order of priority :)

I do it as #2. If you complain, you can say goodbye to another 3 turfs.
