Build radius at dest. Airport?

Airports will now become saturated with turfs, I'm assuming there will be some turf build radius but this will fill up very soon with ppl hoppin to yhem from other airports and local ppl hopping to them to 'fly away'. Soon all you will get is 'this location is too close to turf xyz', so is it a case of getting in there first or will there be some solution roll out for this...

Yea that's true, but you know some ppl will just hop to JFK for example to have a turf there and either may nit have the cash to hop elsewhere or end up leaving the game without resetting. Will be interesting to see how it pans out. Great idea though.
Hopefully no Ryanair airport are listed, we'll all be bankrupt if we have to hop nearest city 😺

Shouldn't I leave turf there. If we get a plane ticket every week I could head to another destination.

Depending on the build radius would it be possible to crowd out an airport with turfs and basically make travel to that airport impossible? Seems like a way to block people coming in.

I'll see what help I can find, but if not I might be willing to drop a couple hundred turfs there, would be worth a try!

It would take a huge number of turf. And don't forget that while you are trying to block arrivals you will also be interfering with departures too. In short you will have people on both sides gunning for you. If this proves to be a problem, nick can easily rectify it with a new loot item: the daisy cutter. Use a plane ticket to lobb it into your airfield of choice and there you go: instant LZ

Ppl attempting No Fly Zones, the name I like for them IS mixing it up. As Dirt said some ppl may be opposed to this to the point of war.

I agree B, but it might more if a battle. One group wants to close airports, other fights to keep it open

I'm not scared. I just disagree with the new system and if I can disable it by building enough turfs then it might be worth it to keep people out from here.

And not EVERYONE wanted the game to be mixed up. I am fine with the way it is now and nowhere near getting bored with the game.

I've been against it from the first time I heard the idea.
As far as blocking, I'd think you could arrange ahead of time to let certain people arrive & depart.
