We may have to raise taxes and cut off mp3 streaming to balance the budget, and we have agreed to that much. But Nick wants an anti-planned parenthood link on the front page. That alone would stall any budget agreement or CR, and could cause a wiki closure.

What about families, just now getting comfortable in Turfwars; editing their player pages; suddenly finding out that they can't save? I guess they are out of luck.
