I tore my muscle out of my rotator cuff..out of lax for 3-4 months...stupid practice but my friend I've known since I was a little one did it :(

Well I was playin attack and my friend came over to hit this kid who had the ball cuz I couldn't get it from the fatass and the my friend hit the kid so hard he flipped and fell on my right ankle so it snapped and I limped off the field. Worst part is I heard it snap 😼
