I'm over 200 under the limit, I need a city with a lot of cash, where do I go? Somewhere local, or start hopping into some more states? Need some ideas, I need these turfs up by April 15th.

Anywhere there are a lot of turf would work Just fine. Just place carefully to cover as many as you can with each turf.

I have a suggestion.... Stay in Indy until you figure out how "the game" is really played.....then after you have got it all figured out take two weeks off then quit and reset

Nope, I've spent far too much time on this game to quit now. What you need to do is get that inferiority complex checked out. I sense the insecurity in your posts.
