Ham&cheese loaf frozen bread let thaw, roll out, add shaved ham (roast beef or turkey or ground hamburger), mix mayo & cheese spread
Over meat roll and bake... PM LilDiabl0 if your real serious... He's working on a cookbook. Many great quick recipes

I mix mashed potatoes with corned beff & eat it mustard ... Quite good !👍

Here's a very quick, easy, and very tasty one:
1 jar Alfredo Sauce
1 packet Smoked Salmon
Tagliatelli Noodles
Cut up smoked salmon slices
Put into heated Alfredo sauce
Pour over cooked noodles

old school 50's housewife chicken:

however many chicken breasts or boneless thighs.
a bunch of mayonnaise
a little mustard
breadcrumbs- seasoned, Panko, crushed up crackers, what have you.
salt, pepper
hotsauce (optional)

preheat oven to like 400 and some change.

mix up the mayo with a little mustard and some salt and pepper, add hot sauce to taste. any other random herbs that taste good. slather chicken.

put chicken on a baking sheet, or dish, or something you can stick in the oven. coat the outside in breadcrumbs and bake for a while until cooked thoroughly while golden brown and crunchy on the outside.
