I have a guy who muled into my city and I'm afraid he will cause some problems.. Is that against the rules?
Muleing- having too accounts and using one to cap the other to move because you are over your limit

Is that the one that looked kind of like a map & you bought all your mob? There was also like a hidden package you could find every day? That got boring really fast!! I had a ridiculous amount of money because there was very little to do with it. I can't remember the names of the old ones I tried anymore; I haven't had them for more than a year now.
