Armor or vest?

I know how it works. Each person in your mod can have one weapon and one armor. Sometimes I'll see someone with 50 ppl in there mod and have 500 vest or they'll have 50 vest AND 50 body armor. Do they know something I don't? All been playing this game for a bout a month so can someone explain the armor to me.

When you can afford to support them for your whole mob every hour, armor is definitely the way to go. Hope that helps.

Yea, I know cause the body armor is better but what I would like to know is, if u can only have one armor per mob memeber why do I see ppl with 50 ppl in there mob but have 100 vest/armor? Do u get something for haveing more armor then mob memebers or do they just not know what there doing?

If they're actively recruiting...then they are growing into that number. If they have way more armor/weapons than mob members then they're simply wasting resources; especially if they are paying upkeep cost.
