Can anybody help plugged phone in car charger the back button will not work tried reset to factory plus sync with iTunes still no luck only way to get off a game is switch phone on and off any ideas anybody

Connect to computer while iTunes is open. Press home button for three seconds, and then press the top button at sanetime for another 15 seconds. Make sure you keep the home button pressed at the same time...

Tried that still won't work just goes power off screen

What probs happened is you had to many apps in the background. If you go to the apple store, they should give you a refund if your iPhone is still under warranty.

Thanks everyone been in to 02 this morning lucky I have insurance on phone so get sent a new one on Tuesday plus 2 months time I can upgrade so 2 new iPhones on way to me
