Is there much difference than the pre update status? From what I've seen so far there isn't. Or am I mistaken?

It shouldn't change for most players – players with very few turf and high mob are the most affected by it.

Yes! Ugh! Put one of my upcoming caps was taken away! Stupid 24 hr turf wait limit... Lol oh well... Time to find someone else to cap

Ok thanks. But is "larger" and smaller based on average mob (I said "MOB") size across the community? Or the ratio between attacker and target?
