Well I did it.

It's been a week since I had a smoke. Been smoking a pack a day for 13 years. Nice to be rid of the dirty bastards. Any smokers trying to kick the habit? Those damn e-vapor things work like a charm.

Never started myself, I would be likely to get addicted.
So well done, although I'm happy for smokers to pay tax! -

Your not all the way there yet. I have quit for that long a couple times and went back. The craving still comes long after the physical addiction is over. The first 21 days are important because that's about how long it takes to break habits in general. The first week is the hardest bit so well done. But it's always when you think you've done it that you let your guard down. Keep up the good work.

Getting the nicotine through the e-vapor thing...but there's
No smoke or tar or garbage like that...it's been a week...first three days are the hardest...u have zero urge to burn something and inhale it. I'll probably become addicted to this thing but since there's nothing burning it's better then 25 cigarettes a day so I don't care -
Ya I quit for a week. Then started again. Then cut back to 1 or 2 a day. Right now it's around 5-7 a day. I'm also trying to not smoke the greens that's why I'm back up to 5-7

Congrats! Like dr robo said, the first week is the hardest but you have to keep it up for 20+ days. We want you playing turf wars for a long time to come!
