How do u make alliances w other people. Or is it strictly by messages nothing binding?

You have to go to 1414 Presidents street New York to register for a clan, clan name,ect.

You will need your social security card, license, and $250 as well.

Just messaging, most alliance talk on a chat program called palringo. But you have to know the chat room name to join the conversation. Most 'official' alliances have guidelines of rules, requirements, and regulations. Check out the turfwarswiki under alliances for some examples

Text plus is another good app, notifies you through text or push... Better chance you'll get the message when someone gets capped hard and needs backup.

You need cans. Lotsa cans and a whole bunch a string. Works about as well as most alliances around here.

I can't stand that app. Too bouncy, slow, crashes more than Palringo.
