  Random, I see your point when you lay it out that way. It does make sense. However I still feel as though it needs a little tweaking. Which is probably what Silent Joe is talking about.

  A tweaking... Maybe. Why not?? But what Joe is talking about is taking away one of the finer strategic elements of this game so he can throw his weight about up and down the country. He's not talking about a tweak. He's not talking about making the game fairer. He just wants set cap distances so his bulldog type brain has less to do.

  Thanks Random, fluke and all the others, I've knocked 40k off my influence by tearing a whole load of turf down. I hope Nick addresses this problem soon.
