For me it is hot chocolate on a cold winter day. Marshmallows are optional. I also prefer Russian or Eastern European literature this time of year.

Hoarfrost early in the morning. Aurora borealis. The stars at night when it hits -40 degrees celcius or colder because that's when there is no longer heat waves from the earth obstructing our view of the skys, 10,000 stars to the naked eye. Snowboarding. How crisp and clean the air feels. Snowball fights. Sitting in an outdoor hot tub when it is snowing. Looking across the untouched fields after a fresh snowfall seeing nothing but a fluffly blanket of white. It's beautiful.
