Got my iPad las night, first thing I did was install turf wars, but I feel like an old person using it, everything is like super sized . It's like that phone for old people where the numbers on the screen are freaking huge cause they are blind.....

Wifi, there is no 3G for phones in Trinidad were I live, I can get edge on it, but that sucks so bad.
I actually have a travel router hooked up in my car with a 3G USB device attached, so anywhere I go I have a 3G wifi hotspot in my van and I just use it to get Internet on my phones etc

I have the 3G version too. I have a USB 3G dongle so cut the sim card down to micro size and fitted it in to sae me paying for another mobile Internet bs. It works great on all apps except tw, not sure why...

You can get a 3 dongle that creates a wifi network is totally portable and works where ever u can get a 3G signal( most places) they cost about £50 plus top up.

I use a Cradlepoint CTR-500 portable router with a Virgin Mobile 3G data stick while in the states, I also have a car adapter for it.

Cool thing about the router is you can plug an Ethernet cable into it (lot of overseas hotels only offer wired Internet in the rooms) and you have a wifi hotspot.

Router is just under 100 USD, same size but way lighter than an iPhone. It rocks.

thats my exact setup, but i use the ctr350 instead........car adapter for the van, and i actually have it here with me in vegas for the hotel, but this hotel has wifi...

I use my evo on sprint as my hotspot, so I didn't get the 3G, but I love my iPad.
