How many more mob members than the player u're vs do u need to capture turf? I read 30%, is that true?

30 if you expect to win mostly. Less if you don't mind losing more often.

Just do the math. Multiply the attack and defense of your weapons and armor, by your mob number. 30% comes from the difference in possible def/attack.
