Keep it simple yet resourceful I say. The user can see, others can't. I don't want everyone knowing my turf locations. If they want to attack my turf they can make the effort to find them too. This is like showing your cards before placin a bet.

We're adding a minimum Influence value to the city list (when viewing others' profiles) to maintain the effective fog of war that the current turf list offers.

Nick, are u gonna extend this to the turf income and defense list? It would help group together and differentiate high value Vs low value areas.
