A person named luckygonslano just randomly keeps attacking my turf I mean ive gone from 4k influence to about 2.5k he has only 33 stamina yet he has attacked me over 239 times in a few minutes can someone help me cus I think this guy might be a hacker and it's starting to get creepy

He could be using espresso shots too. Aside from that, have you aggravated each other at all? Enemies do this to cripple one another. If this isn't the case, try diplomacy if you haven't already.
