Send them shoes, car bomb their turf, burn your stam on them and their turf...Just make sure your attacks are limited to the cities in which they are capo over you.

All you capos...take it in stride. Hit the other capos.

Don't hurt the little guys that just want to have some fun and maybe get a wee bit of vengeance.
