Been craving meat all week, so I went to the butchers whilst hungry. I ate
Dead cow
Dead pig
Dead chicken
Dead lamb
Dead turkey (yes)
Dead quorn.

Dead quorn??? Lol....I eat more veg n fruit than meat, but do eat meat, prob about once a week. From experience u know a vegan from the bag of food they carry everywhere with them,lol

I was the exec chef at a vegan place for 4 years. it was invaluable in terms of taking all these confines and making them taste like something. and translating regular food from challah to masala into food that just tasted good and not good for being vegan. I'd go across the road to get pork chops, brisket and sausages almost daily tho after work.

I cooked for waaaaay more a-listers as a vegan chef than I do now though. Requested to cook privately for Sir Paul McCartney at age 23? I think I peaked too soon. Natalie Portman that same week. i'm not easily intimidated but that was daunting.

Wow really mama, that's what I like and is the brilliance of a chef, taken bland vegan food and making jus as tasty as a meat dish, did you get to say hi to sir Paul??

I wish I could eat some of what you cook. Not the vegan stuff although I am sure I would like it. Can you mail some over to California?
