I'd befriend some local mobsters at your size first mate! Then as u get bigger and become more useful it may form into an alliance

Yeah u have to find people(painstakingly) prob people who being att and bullied best to ask,lol, u prob will be told to mob up,which yes ...but I think people like to see alliances start but there's so many potential alliances,n not many of them become fully fledged alliances,....in general start talking to people around u and start with around urchin size I'd say, from 100-5000 , I guess, but u will have to have good incentive I think to sway some bigger mobbed players!!
