I just went through all of the forum pages in general discussion and deleted old irrevelevant posts such as "how do you.." and other thing from when I was new to the game. The forums would definitely be a little less crowded if everyone did this.

Or bump old threads and remind their starters to delete them.

Or just forget about it and only use pages 1 and 2 in the forums. But if your a real die hard about this delete dumb thread stuff you could start with this...

Bumping threads that bother you is probably a good way to worsen the situation.

On the other hand, adding a search feature would solve a lot of these annoyances...

I like easing threads from the beginning on occasion. I don't bump them though.

And no threads should be removed from help or tech support. Some people aren't too lazy to search manually and there is still some good info out there.
