the age old toilet paper debate: over or under?

OVER! same applies to horizontally placed paper towels. the roll must feed from the top or bottom. if accessible I will "fix" improperly placed toilet paper in other peoples houses, restaurants, and other miscellaneous water closet facilities. please discuss...

In my bathroom the holder actually springs partially out and spins around to fix this issue. How lazy can we possibly be to actually need this.

Absolutely over. & I too will "fix" it. It drives me nuts. I've asked my boyfriend to keep it over & he fails relentlessly. He's banned from changing the TP roll.

99.9% of people will say over but we need out code of conduct to help the last 1%. I know that equals 100.9% but I think Nick was trying to be an over achiever when he said that.
