We'll all be earning negative money with no turf income yet still weapon upkeep. Does it make sense to bank money you have in case it takes them ages to fix ?
What happens when you have nothing in the bank yet have to pay out for weapons ?

yes, but will it start selling your weapons to pay for the upkeep you cannot fund now from your bank account.

No. I won't even pull from your bank account. Just your current "wallet money" will drop below $0.
