  lols. I actually think Belial's Army In California sounds better. I guess I understood how and when baic formed, but it always sounded a little silly.

  You should take it in turns to act as a sort of an executive officer for the week. But all decisions of that officer must be ratified in a special bi-weekly meeting by a simple majority in terms of a purely internal affair, but by a two-thirds majority in the case of external matters.

  In any democratic system, votes are going to be influenced. That's what debate is for. Everyone has a right to make proposals and plead their case. Everyone else has the right to speak for or against. After all arguments/pleadings, the issue is put to a vote.

  Then we do what Bella tells us to do.
