Lfc should write off this season and spend the Torres money in the summer. Intelligent purchases instead of panicking.

As a black and White Carroll has potential to be very good but happy with the money,keep him off the drink tho he's a knob when pissed

35 mil is ridiculous. 15 mil max but I'm praying him and Torres deal don't go through.

Don't get me wrong I like Carroll but not for that much. Torres should stay till end of season then do one.

Its all way to much money in football. Rugby union players get around 200k a year , some of these players get payed that a week.

It's a crazy amount of money for a player who's had less than one season at premier level. Granted, you can be good at any level buy when the likes of David villa are valued at a lower amount Carroll isn't worth the money yet. Torres is pretty much a done deal but it's a nice thought if it fell through. Shame Adam never moved from Blackpool as well.

Yeah I agree, probly should have bid 10 mil for him.

All I can hope for now is that Saurez and Carroll become unstoppable force. We needed a winger and defender though. Shame couldnt of brought them in. I can't wait till summer now.
