Sell off your Tommy's, laupa's and other weapons with upkeep and buy more grenades to replace them until you start making more cash.... Then you can buy back more weapons....

This is all great advice.
Also i hear this froggy/troggy, whatever his name is character, responds better to grovelling, rather than all caps "FUCK YOU" PM's.
so i suggest politely asking him to let you rebuild, and maybe while your weapons are low he might even offer you protection.....
